Adam Burke Legal is a business law practice located in Los Angeles, California. Working with a strong network of lawyers, Adam delivers decades of experience in business transactions and the law, bringing a seasoned perspective to clients across the globe.

 

Adam moved to California from Melbourne, Australia, in 1996, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1997.  He began practice at Los Angeles law firm Iverson, Yoakum, Papiano & Hatch, with work including complex litigation, government contracting, entertainment projects and other commeciall transactions.

 

In 2006, Adam founded media and entertainment firm Autonomy with Phil Green, which was behind numerous projects over the next decade.

Returning to private practice in 2018, Adam now represents growing and expanding businesses from his Hollywood office, handling their core corporate needs, and ensuring that they have the right legal team for their specific operation. His experience as an entrepreneur and lawyer gives him a commercial-focused perspective that protects client interests while moving their business forward.​

A substantial part of Adam's practice is working directly with founders as they navigate the expansive US legal landscape. This includes guiding many Australian businesses as they enter the US.​
